The Outcome: The ads were seen by close to 89,000 people and the company received over 200 job applications.

The Challenge

Manpower San Diego had several open positions that they needed to fill as soon as possible. The company had created a job posting on Facebook but they were not receiving as many applications as they hoped for.

Our Approach

We started the planning process by talking with Manpower about the open positions and what kind of applicants the company was hoping to reach. We determined that Facebook was the best advertising platform since the company was trying to reach a rather broad audience. We designed ad creatives with basic information about the positions and then created an ad campaign with appropriate targeting.

The Impact

During the short time period we ran the campaign, we reached close to 89,000 people and over 200 people applied for the advertised positions.
