Founder/President
Jeremy has spent over a decade working in the United States, European Union, and Australia with non-profits, for profit, and electoral campaigns. Over this decade, Jeremy launched and/or assisted with more than 40 electoral campaigns, commercial product launches, and advocacy campaigns. Jeremy now serves as the Founder and CEO of Digital Impact &. Prior to Digital Impact &, he served as the Communications Director for the Partnership for Working Families affiliate: The Center on Policy Initiatives, San Diego City Councilmember David Alvarez, and the Statewide Digital Communications Director for the Australian Labor Party in Sydney. Jeremy is a graduate of California State University San Marcos with Bachelor’s Degrees in Women’s Studies and Political Science. Go Cougars! When not working, he spends time traveling the world SCUBA diving with his wife Treasure and their daughter.

Creative Manager
Hurrican is a bilingual project manager with a special focus on how messaging and complex ideas are conveyed across visual and digital mediums. Prior to joining Digital Impact &, he worked as an emergency medical technician. The intensity of emergency response to the intricacies of creative management has equipped him with a diverse skill set and a unique perspective on problem-solving and team collaboration. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, playing sports, being active. He has a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from San Diego State University. Also, fun fact, he has a twin brother named Tornado

KATIE MONZON
Videographer, Editor & Social Media Specialist
Katie brings a passion for intentional, emotion-led visual storytelling across brand, commercial, and narrative film. She loves every step of the process, from conception to production to final edit, and thrives working alongside passionate people to tell stories with real purpose. Originally from Southwest Florida, Katie is a sunshine lover, comedy fan, and California explorer who’s just as likely to be documenting life on a Super 8 or Minolta 7S as she is on her iPhone. That same joy and curiosity shows up in every story she tells, and you can almost always find her smiling behind the camera.
